DESCRIPTION:\nDear Vajra Family\, \n\nWe call upon the entire Dzogchen Community to join forces to continuously and forcefully sustain together (with the maximum possible participation whenever your circumstances permit) the practice of Simhamukha from September 21st at 08:00h to September 22nd until 08:00h UTC+2.\n\nLet us put our intention into action by practicing together in order to expand wisdom and clarity wherever we are.\n\nWe kindly ask you to register to ensure that the practice is as continuous and seamless as possible over the 24 hours.\n\nLet us unite in practice for the benefit of all sentient beings!\n\nPlease\, when you register choose your time of practice in UTC+2 (Central Europe Time). In this link\, you can see a map with the time zones of the world: (http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/converter.html)\n\nHow to participate?\n\n• Register by filling out the form you will find below.\n\n• Each practitioner -or group- will start by doing a GANAPUJA (any version) or even a SHORT THUN until transformation into Dakini Simhamukha. In order not to break the chain\, please start the Ganapuja or Thun far enough in advance before the established starting time and do dedications AFTER the 1 hour of practice of the mantra of Simhamukha. \n\n• If you do the practice in a group\, after the practice\, we kindly ask you to write to globalchain@dzogchen.es informing us of the number of participants who take part.\n\nMay this practice fill all the space and dissolve all obstacles into emptiness.\n\nOM AH HUM\n\n\n\nQuerida Familia Vajra\,\n\nHacemos un llamado a toda la Comunidad Dzogchen para unir fuerzas y sostener de modo continuo y enérgico (con la máxima participación posible siempre que tus circunstancias lo permitan) la próxima Cadena Mundial durante 24 horas de la práctica de Simhamukha que comenzará el 21 de septiembre a las 08:00h hasta el 22 de septiembre a las 08:00h UTC+2.\n\nPongamos nuestra intención en acción practicando juntos para expandir la sabiduría y la claridad dondequiera que estemos.\n\nLes pedimos amablemente que se registren para asegurar que la práctica sea lo más continua y fluida posible durante las 24 horas.\n\n¡Unámonos en la práctica para el beneficio de todos los seres sintientes!\n\nPor favor\, al inscribirse hay que escoger la hora de práctica en UTC+2 (Hora en Europa Central). En el siguiente enlace pueden ver un mapa con las zonas horarias del mundo: https://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/\n\n¿Cómo participar?\n\n• Inscribirse llenando el formulario que encontrará más abajo.\n\n• Cada practicante -o grupo- comenzará realizando una GANAPUJA (cualquier versión) o incluso un TUN CORTO hasta la transformación en Dakini Simhamukha. Para no romper la cadena\, por favor\, comiencen la Ganapuja o el Tun con suficiente antelación antes de la hora establecida de inicio y hagan las dedicaciones DESPUÉS de 1 hora de la práctica del mantra de Simhamukha.\n\n• Si la práctica se va a hacer en grupo\, pedimos por favor a la persona que lo inscriba anote el nombre del ling o Gar y luego de realizada la práctica \, envíe a globalchain@dzogchen.es el número de practicantes que participaron.\n\nQue el beneficio de esta cadena permee el espacio y que todos los obstáculos se disuelvan en la vacuidad.\n\nOM AH HUM\n\nEquipo de Practicando Juntos\n\nCargando… \n \n
